50% Grenache 40% Mataro 10% Shiraz. Grenache supplies tangy sour cherry to this blend whilst Mataro offers a savoury cocoa note and Shiraz holds it all together with a backbone of fine tannins and a touch of brambly fruit. The wine is elegant and restrained with a subtle note of vanilla and pretty floral notes.
