 Owing to the narrow nature of Italy, many vineyards lie close to the ocean or other bodies of water which provide excellent conditions for perfectly crisp, dry and fresh whites. From Alto Adige in the north all the way down to Tuscany and down to Puglia in the South, the whites are fresh, clean and aromatic with varying degrees of body.
