Fermented in stainless steel and then transferred to neutral French oak for 10 weeks, this wine displays a delicious freshness and mineral composure. Notes of lime, lemon and gentle white florals combine with zesty acidity to create a moreish, immediately appealing wine. A great aperitif or accompaniment to light fish dishes or salads.
