Reviews & Scores

Deep red-ruby. Red cherry, dark plum, spices and earth on the nose, complicated by grilled herbs and flint. Plush, sexy and deep, delivering layered flavors of strawberry, licorice, and dried flowers. This broad wine offers an exciting combination of size and fresh acidity. The very long, savory finish features youthfully dusty but ripe tannins.
91+ points, Ian D’Agata

80% Vermentino and 20% Chardonnay, this wine is a true representation of Agricola Punica's style, combining Sardinian traditiona with international finesse. The name is taken from the Phoenecian god of the Sun, a nod to the ancient ruins that can be found near Punica's vineayrds in southern Sardinia, and the bright, fresh character of the wine.
