Tasting Notes

Whilst the nose gives into richer nutty, toasty notes, the palate is more restrained. The palate is linear with an incredible tension that is reminiscent of some of the top Grand Crus of Burgundy. Crisp, fresh and lots of lemon/lime notes that are so typical of this vineyard. The prevailing breeze coming from the ocean creates a saline minerality which lasts long into the finish too. Whilst this is young, it is mesmerizing and perfectly balanced.
