Tasting Notes

A blend of Semillion and Sauvignon Blanc, Chateau Grand Village Blanc burst with lively notes of citrus, pear and a touch of tropical fruits and lemongrass. The palate, expressive and fleshy, is framed with racy acidity. The wine terminates with a long, energetic and slightly salty finish. A mouth-watering, moreish expression of Bordeaux Blanc. Reviews & Scores

“This has a lot of lemon-peel, pear-drop and cooked-apple character. Full-boded, dense and flavourful. Aniseed and fennel-seed aftertaste. A little oily. Drink now or hold.” 91 Points, James Suckling
