Nicolas Potel began his winemaking career at Domaine de la Pousse d’Or, working alongside his father. He later founded Domaine de Bellène, with vineyards in Santenay, Volnay, and beyond, and launched Maison Roche de Bellène, sourcing organic grapes from Burgundy’s finest vineyards. A passionate winemaker, Nicolas embraces natural viticulture and now focuses on fewer cuvées to achieve greater precision.
