Domaine Fontaine-Gagnard, in Chassagne-Montrachet, was formed in 1985 when Richard Fontaine married Laurence Gagnard. Céline Fontaine started working with her father in 2007 and has taken over the running of the Domaine. The wines are extremely elegant, complex and precise. The estate covers 12 ha of vineyard and 22 appellations, many of which are the most sought after in Burgundy.
