Tasting Notes

A blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Syrah & 1% Petit Verdot. Intensely spicy and fragrant; nutmeg, cassis and plum are the dominant flavours in what is a rich textured yet bright and grippy wine. Mouthfilling and long yet also surprisingly refreshing. Delicious.
