The Guineaudeau family tends a 4.5-hectare vineyard at Château Lafleur, crafting limited quantities of majestic Château Lafleur and Les Pensées wines. The unique soils, including sandy-clay gravels, clay gravels, and gravelly sands, contribute to the exceptional character of Château Lafleur. The family’s dedication extends to the Lafleur Bouchet, propagated from 1956 frost surviving plants, while their quest for perfection led to a superior Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre, resulting in the outstanding white Bordeaux, Les Champs Libres, blended from four different parcels.
