No added sulphites, organic, vegetarian, vegan, not to mention delicious! This wine is full of ripe blackcurrant and plum spice with cracked black pepper and liquorice. Plenty of grip, balanced with a lively acidity and remarkably moderate alcohol at just 12% pairs wonderfully right now with venison or lamb.
The blend consists of 95% Tempranillo from 40-year-old vines in Las Cuevas, El Palo and Las Monjas in Rodezno, complemented with 5% Graciano from the Montecillo estate in Fuenmayor.
