This wine has a slightly different label, “Leflaive & Associés” as it comes from purchased grapes. The vineyard in question
is high up on the hillside on the Saint Romain side and faces east. The soils are thin and chalky, characteristics which are expressed in this wine which is lifted and pure. The 2017 has a refreshing lime note and lots of energy. Drink from 2019. Armit Wines
