“Fonte Canale is produced from just 736 individually selected vines within a single. These vines are all exceptionally old, around 80 years of age,producing immensely concentrated wine with crystalline purity, delightful tension, and laser-like acidity. A luminous wine, very mineral, with green apple, apricot, tangerine and lemon peel. Nuances of white flowers and anise and long finish with harmonious minerality”.
