The grapes for this elegant rosé were handpicked in the early hours of the morning from selected vineyards on the Helshoogte and Helderberg Mountain. Made from 100% Cabernet Franc juice, this unique Rosé displays flavours of ripe strawberries, cassis and candyfloss with a juicy, crisp and dry finish.

"This is a drier style of sauvignon blanc, acidity kept nicely in balance with the alcohol and the very little residual sugar that is there, so it’s all about how all these things come together to make a pleasurable whole.
