Tasting Notes

The nose reveals intense red fruit, cherries and strawberries with earthy, mineral notes. Delicate, complex and concentrated, this wine has a soft, full palate, well-balanced acidity and supple tannins. Ideal companion for risotto.

An area so cool people didn’t think grapes would grow here, that is until these biodynamic pioneers arrived and started making waves with their cool climate grapes. This Pinot combines richly elegant dark berry fruit with the wonderfully savoury, earthy depths and fine, vibrant acidity that are the hallmarks of Pinot.
